If you have a water leak or a water control issue (ex. broken button, stuck pressbar) you should be able to replace the parts and save yourself some money. If you have a cooling issue then it gets to be a "gray" area. Sometimes a thermostat or relay is an easy, inexpensive fix. Many times the problem with the refrigeration system needs professional repair. If you have a coolant leak or have to replace the cooling components you will need a refrigeration technician who has the equipment and know how to troubleshoot and replace those parts. What is the difference between a Drinking Fountain and a Water Cooler? The two terms are often used interchangably. Technically a Drinking Fountain dispenses water without cooling it.
