Shipping

Shipping rates are based on the amount of your order as follows.

We ship in stock orders received before 2:00 CST the same day.

Special order parts usually take 1-3 weeks.

Complete Water Coolers and Drinking Fountains ship direct from the factory.  They will arrive in approximately 1-3 weeks.

Returns

We have a thirty day money back return policy.  You may return your part in its original wrapper within thirty days for a refund.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless we select the wrong part for you.  Please call 800-518-5388 to request a Return Authorization Number before sending your part back. 

Complete Water Coolers and Drinking Fountains must be returned in original package and in new resaleable condition.  Customer is responsible for return shipping.  Water Coolers cannot be shipped UPS as it damages the cooling system.  Water Coolers must be shipped upright to prevent damage to the cooling system.  A refund less original shipping charges will be issued upon inspection and acceptance by our staff.  If you need to return a water cooler or drinking fountain please call us and we can help you arrange return shipping.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will only be charged for orders shipped to Minnesota (6.5%).
