The Elkay / Halsey Taylor 61314C Green Spring Cartridge Regulator is one of the most commonly replaced parts in a drinking fountain. It functions as both an on/off valve and a flow regulator.

The Elkay 92450C Cartridge Housing is used in Elkay and Halsey Taylor drinking fountains.

The housing holds the cartridge (NOT included) in place.

The Elkay/Halsey Taylor 98531C Green Spring Cartridge Housing Kit is a convenient pre-assembled kit. It will fit in most Elkay/Halsey Taylor drinking fountains with a front push bar and will solve most run on or water leaking issues. Housing is labeled “in” to show where to connect the supply line to, making it an easy installation.

This Elkay / Halsey Taylor 98530C Red Spring Cartridge Housing Kit is a pre-assembled kit that includes the red spring cartridge and the housing. This kit fits most Elkay and Halsey Taylor drinking fountains with a pushbutton.

The Elkay Strainer 55996C is located at the water inlet of the drinking fountain. The strainer collects and traps any sediment that may damage the valve or other components of the drinking fountain. It fits Elkay and Halsey Taylor drinking fountains.

The Elkay Bubbler Head Kit 92715C is used on most Elkay drinking fountains models. The “Flexi-Guard” flexible top helps prevent dental injuries. The bubbler comes with the mounting nut and a piece of 1/4 tubing. The tubing may not be necessary if you have plastic tubing connecting to the bubbler.

The Elkay Solenoid Valve 35981C is found in the Elkay EZ and Halsey Taylor HTV series water coolers. It is used on units that have a serial number that starts with numbers lower than 0807.

For units with serial numbers that are higher than 0807 use 98466C

The Elkay 55999C Front Push Bar is found on the Elkay EZ series drinking fountains. The plastic push bar measures 10” long x 2 3/16” wide. On the back, there are 3 plastic tabs which are prone to breaking when someone forcefully pushes on it. This makes it one of the most commonly replaced part on the Elkay EZ series drinking fountains.

The Elkay 56229C Upper Shroud is for Elkay EZ series drinking fountains with front and side push bars. This shroud mounts between the upper basin and the main frame of the drinking fountain. The shroud assembly comes with the pushbars, switches, and wiring harness already installed.

The Elkay 56002C Side Push Bar fits on Elkay EZ series drinking fountains. This plastic push bar fits either the left or right side of the unit. When the user presses the push bar, it contacts the switches which send power to the solenoid and activate the water flow. On the back of the pushbar there are two tabs that hold the handle in the shroud assembly.

The Elkay / Halsey Taylor 51531C Pivot Block fits many older Elkay and Halsey Taylor drinking fountains with push bars. This plastic pivot block mounts inside the drinking fountain. The pivot pin which is attached to the push bar fits into this block. Together the two parts act as a hinge for the push bar to pivot on.

The Elkay / Halsey Taylor 50212C Pivot Block Pin works with Elkay and Halsey Taylor drinking fountains.

The pivot block pin snaps into the metal push handle and sits inside the pivot block.

The Elkay Cold Control Thermostat 31513C is an adjustable cold control thermostat. This thermostat controls the cooling system to regulate the temperature of the chilled water in most Elkay and Halsey Taylor drinking fountains. There are two male electrical terminals and one metal sensing lead.

The Elkay / Halsey Taylor 35948C Push Bar Switch mounts behind the push bar. It has two male spade wire connectors.

When the push bar is pressed, this switch sends power to the solenoid which activates the water flow.

The Elkay 51299C Replacement Filter (for EWF172) is a replacement filter for the EWF172 filter kit. It is designed to remove cysts, lead particles, and chlorine. It will also remove odors, and improve the taste of the water.

The Elkay Cartridge Holder 50986C is used in most Elkay and Halsey Taylor drinking fountains. The housing holds the cartridge(not included). The housing has internal coarse threads for the cartridge retaining nut, and fine external threads for the nut that holds the housing in place. The water inlet and outlet are 1/4” quick connect fittings.

The Elkay / Halsey Taylor 15005C Cartridge Retaining Nut is a plastic nut that holds the cartridge in the housing. This coarse thread nut is for use with newer coarse thread housings.

The Elkay 51551C Gray Basin Trim is a plastic trim that wraps around the basin top of Elkay EBF series drinking fountains.

The Elkay 98466C Solenoid Valve is for Elkay EZ series 1C Revision drinking fountains.

It is used on units that have a serial number that starts with numbers higher than 0807. For units with serial numbers that are lower than 0807 use 35981C

The Elkay / Halsey Taylor 56092C Plastic Tubing 1/4” x 48” is used in Elkay and Halsey Taylor drinking fountains.

The tubing is used as water lines within the drinking fountain.

The Elkay / Halsey Taylor 36158000 Spanner Wrench is used to take the cartridge retaining nut out of the cartridge regulator holder.

The Elkay / Halsey Taylor 70793C Elbow Fitting 1/4” uses 1/4” snap-in fittings.

The elbow fitting is used for splitting water lines inside of the drinking fountain.
