The Haws 6611 In-Ground Sand Trap Drain is used with pedestal drinking fountains. The drain is installed adjacent to the drinking fountain.
The sand trap drain is designed to help prevent blockage of waste lines by collecting sand and debris.
The sand trap drain includes:
- 8 Vandal-resistant 1/4” x 1-1/2” stainless steel screws
- Cadmium-plated steel anchoring nuts
- Rubber gasket
- 3 Anti-skid strips
- Plastic collector bucket
- Removable lid for easy maintenance
The body and fittings are constructed of high-density, black polyethylene. The cover is constructed of white polypropylene.
The cover is intended for foot traffic only.
The key is furnished for vandal-resistant screws.
