    Here are the quick and easy steps to adjusting the Water Flow on this Halsey Taylor HRFSEBP Non-Refrigerated Drinking Fountain (Part #106317):

    1. Remove the Set Screw holding the Push Button into Place.

    2. Remove the Push Button.

    3. Insert a straight blade screwdriver in the slot on the Elkay 61314C Valve Regulator Cartridge (Part #102539)

                   A. 1/4 turn Clockwise to increase the stream height

                   B. 1/4 turn Counterclockwise to decrease the stream height
