| No cold water and compressor is not running |
- Check voltage received by cooler - is unit plugged in? Is unit plugged into an outlet which is operated by a switch?
- Check cold control.
- Check wires.
- Check relay.
- Check overload.
- Check compressor.
- Check high or low incoming voltage.

| No cold water and compressor is running |
- Check condenser to see if it is blocked by dirt/lint.
- Check fan motor.
- Check for refrigerant leak.
- Check for restriction in cap line or strainer.
- Check compressor.

| Water too cold or frozen |
- Check cold control adjustment.
- Check to see if cold control bulb is installed completely in the thermobulb well, see Thermobulb Well.

| The unit is making a loud noise while running |
- Check for vibrations caused by loose fan blade.
- Check tubing rattle.
- Check compressor.
|
| No hot water |
- Is switch for thermostat turned off?
- Check voltage received by cooler - is unit plugged in?
- Check heater limiter.
- Check hot tank element.
- Check for open wire.

| No water flow from the bubbler valve |
- Check to see if bubbler valve is defective or out of adjustment.
- Check solenoid valve or cartridge or valve stem.

| Hot water too hot or boiling over |
Check hot thermostat control. |

- Check solenoid valve.
- Check to see if bubbler valve is defective or out of adjustment.
