Since the strainer helps prevent damage, it is a good idea to replace the strainer as preventative maintenance whenever you are repairing a drinking fountain.

This in-line strainer also replaces Y-strainer.

The inlet is 3/8” and the outlet is 1/4”.

The strainer uses press-in fittings.
